The shopping center with the original name Shopping centrum Břeclav welcomed its first visitors in 2000. Since 2016, the center has been owned by APASON Property a.s. The center then underwent partial revitalization and was renamed Břeclov, and the management of the center was changed. In the following year, a new strategy was set up in the form of the distribution of stores and further follow-up negotiations with strategic partners. The aim of the Břeclav center is to offer an attractive mix of shops and services under one roof in the very center of the city for its residents. In the next step, the aim of the center is to create a pleasant place for active rest, relaxation and business meetings. Since 2017, investments have also been gradually made in the modernization and equipment of the center.
The Břeclav shopping center has a strategically advantageous location due to its location in the city center, the nearby bus (400 m) and train station (500 m), which is an important international transport hub.
